These Terms of Service apply to your use of perfumesforless.com and to every order placed through it. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. About Us

PERFUMES FOR LESS is a trademark owned by Vera Innovation and IT Company, a limited liability company registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (Commercial Registration 7053846643), Riyadh.

2. Our Products

  • All fragrances are 100% original, sourced from the official agents and authorized distributors of the brands in Saudi Arabia.
  • Tester fragrances are original products made by the brand for in-store display. They may come in simpler packaging or without a cap.
  • We do our best to show products accurately. Packaging may change when a brand updates its design.

3. Prices and Payment

  • Prices are shown in Saudi Riyals (SAR). The total you pay, including any shipping fee, is shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
  • We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, including mada, Visa, Mastercard, Tabby and Tamara. Cash on delivery is not available.
  • Installment plans through Tabby and Tamara are subject to the terms of those providers.
  • We may change prices or offers at any time. Changes do not affect orders that are already confirmed.

4. Orders

  • Your order is confirmed when you receive a confirmation message from us.
  • We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if there is an obvious pricing error, or if we suspect misuse. In that case you receive a full refund.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns, exchanges and refunds are described in our Refund Policy.

7. Your Account and PFL Scent Club

  • You are responsible for keeping your account details correct and secure.
  • Loyalty points and rewards follow the rules shown on the PFL Scent Club page. Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred. We may update the program rules and will show the changes on the site.

8. Intellectual Property

The content of this site, including text, images and design, belongs to PERFUMES FOR LESS or its licensors. Brand names and logos belong to their respective owners.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Please read the product information and test a fragrance on a small area of skin if you have sensitivities.

10. Privacy

We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and any dispute is subject to the competent courts in the Kingdom.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to orders placed after it is published.
