Refund policy
At Perfume for Less, we value your satisfaction and have outlined clear conditions for returns, exchanges, and refunds to protect our customers and ensure transparency.
1. Eligible Cases for Return or Exchange
We accept returns or exchanges in the following situations:

Wrong Item Received

If you receive an item different from your order, we will either send the correct item (if available) or issue a refund at our expense.

You must check your invoice and ensure it matches the items received before using the product or opening the cellophane.

Once the cellophane is opened or the product is used, no refund will be issued.

Defective or Damaged Product

If the product is defective or damaged, we will arrange a free return and either refund your payment or send a replacement.

Time Frame

Returns must be requested within 7–10 days from the date of receipt.

The invoice must be provided, and the product must be in its original condition with the cellophane intact.

The customer will not bear any return fees for eligible cases.

2. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Opened or used perfumes.
- Products without original cellophane or packaging.
- Products not in their original condition.
3. Exchanges Without Defects

You may exchange an unopened, unused product with cellophane intact at no additional cost.
4. Order Cancellations
- If the order has already been shipped and you wish to cancel, the amount will be refunded after the shipment is returned to us.
- Refunds will be processed within 3 working days from the date we receive the returned shipment from the shipping company (may take up to 10 days if delays occur).
5. Refund Processing Time
- Refunds are issued within 3 working days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
6. Safety Restrictions
For hygiene and safety reasons, returns or exchanges are only accepted in these two cases:
- Products that arrive damaged or defective.
- Receiving a different product from what you ordered.

Cancellation Policy
- Perfume for Less reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time without prior notice.
- For paid orders, cancellations after shipping will be refunded once the shipment is returned to our warehouse (within 1–10 working days).
