Shipping policy

1. Payment

  • We accept credit and debit cards (Visa & Mastercard), Tabby, Tamara, and other payment methods available on our website, in all GCC currencies.
  • Payment details are sent directly to our payment provider through a secure connection.
  • Cardholders should retain a copy of transaction records and merchant policies for reference.

2. Shipping & Delivery

  • Home delivery service is available daily except on Fridays, public holidays, Eid, and special occasions.
  • Delivery timeframe:
    • Local orders: 3–7 business days from order confirmation.

    • Jeddah orders: Delivered within 24–36 hours by our representative (free of charge).

    • Outside Jeddah: Shipped via a courier chosen by the customer (free of charge).

  • Door-to-door delivery in most cases (some remote areas excluded).
  • You will receive a tracking number via SMS or email to track your order.
  • International shipping:

    • Delivery time depends on customs procedures in your country.

    • Taxes/duties (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility.

    • We are not responsible for shipments damaged or returned by customs.


3. Delivery Fees

  • Delivery is free unless otherwise stated in our updated policy.

4. Return & Exchange Policy

Cancellation

  • You may cancel your order before it is processed.
  • If the order has already been processed, cancellation will be treated as a return.
  • Repeated cancellations or refusal to accept orders may result in cash-on-delivery (COD) being disabled for your account.

Returns

  • Must be requested within 7 days of purchase.
  • Products must be in original condition and in original packaging with the invoice.
  • Refunds are issued to the same payment method used.
  • No return fees for damaged or incorrect items.
  • 35 SAR fee applies for returns for other reasons.
  • Returns are not accepted for opened/tampered boxes or used products.
  • Refunds exclude the original delivery fee.
  • Customer pays the shipping cost for returns (except in case of damage or error).
  • Oils and incense are non-returnable.

Exchanges

  • Must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Products must be in original condition.
  • Products with manufacturing defects can be exchanged even if opened.
  • 35 SAR shipping fee applies.
  • Exchanges allowed for items of equal or greater value.

5. Additional Notes

  • Always check your address and phone number before completing your order.
  • Address and contact details can only be changed before shipping.
  • Returns may not be accepted if products are damaged, soiled, or incomplete.
  • If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please send a photo to our customer service.
