Shipping policy

1. Payment

  • We accept credit and debit cards (mada, Visa and Mastercard), Tabby, Tamara, and the other payment methods available at checkout. Cash on delivery is not available.
  • Payment details are sent directly to our payment provider through a secure connection.

2. Shipping Fees

  • Saudi Arabia: free shipping to all regions of the Kingdom on orders of 750 SAR or more.
  • Orders below 750 SAR within Saudi Arabia: shipping fee of 39 SAR.
  • International: free shipping on orders of 1,000 SAR or more. For smaller orders the shipping fee is shown at checkout before you pay.

3. Delivery

  • Jeddah: delivery within 24 hours of order confirmation.
  • Rest of Saudi Arabia: delivery within 3 to 7 business days from order confirmation.
  • Delivery is available daily except Fridays, public holidays and Eid.
  • Door-to-door delivery in most cases (some remote areas excluded).
  • You will receive a tracking number by SMS or email to track your order.

4. International Shipping

  • Delivery time depends on customs procedures in your country.
  • Taxes and customs duties, if applicable, are the customer's responsibility.
  • We are not responsible for shipments damaged or returned by customs.

5. Before You Order

  • Please check your address and phone number before completing your order. They can only be changed before shipping.

6. Returns and Exchanges

Returns, exchanges and cancellations are covered by our Refund Policy.
