PFL Ambassadors: Terms and Conditions

These terms govern the relationship between Perfumes For Less and every ambassador in the PFL Ambassadors program. By joining the program or using your code, you accept them in full, so please read them carefully.

1. Definitions

• The store: the Perfumes For Less online store (perfumesforless.com).
• Ambassador: a person the store has accepted into the program.
• Code: the ambassador's personal discount code, with its discount link and QR.
• Qualifying order: an order placed on the website with the ambassador's code, fully paid online, not cancelled or returned once the return window has ended, and not in breach of these terms.
• Sales: the value of the products in qualifying orders after the discount, excluding shipping, and after any partial return.
• Month: a calendar month, Riyadh time.

2. Joining and eligibility

1. Ambassadors must be 18 or older and live in Saudi Arabia.
2. Joining is completely free. There are no fees, no purchase requirement, and no product or stock to buy.
3. One account per person. Signing up more than once under different names, emails or phone numbers is not allowed.
4. The details you give must be true and in your own name, and the store may ask for proof at any time.
5. The store may accept or decline any application without having to give a reason.
6. Ambassadors work independently. An ambassador is not an employee, agent or representative of the store and may not contract, commit or speak on its behalf.

3. Your code and discount link

1. Your code is personal and may not be transferred. It gives the customer 5% off products and cannot be combined with any other code or offer unless the store announces otherwise.
2. The store approves the final code and may refuse any code that is offensive or resembles a brand name, the store's name or a general discount code.
3. Posting your code on coupon or deal sites and apps, code-sharing channels and groups, or price comparison sites is not allowed.
4. Paid advertising (Google, Snapchat, TikTok, Meta and others) on the store's name, "Perfumes For Less", "PFL" or anything close to them is not allowed, nor is buying domains or creating accounts or pages that look like the store's own.
5. The store may suspend or change a code at any time if it is misused.

4. Orders that earn commission

1. Commission is earned only on qualifying orders placed on the website with your code.
2. No commission is earned on:
   • your own orders, or any order with your details (name, phone, email, address or payment method) or those of someone living with you;
   • cancelled or fully returned orders; a partly returned order earns commission only on what was kept;
   • shipping fees and gift card purchases;
   • fake or duplicate orders, or orders paid with a stolen payment method or disputed with the bank;
   • orders bought for resale.
3. Customers order and pay for themselves on the website. You may not take any money from a customer in cash or by transfer, or order for them from your account or with your payment method. The store is not responsible for any money paid outside the website.

5. Levels and commission rates

1. Your level is set by your total sales in the month and starts again each month.
2. When you reach a higher level, its rate applies to all your qualifying sales that month.
3. If an order is returned and your sales drop below a level, commission is calculated on your actual level after the return.
4. Founding ambassadors: the first 100 ambassadors accepted get an extra 1% on top of their level's rate for 6 months from their acceptance, as long as their membership is active and they follow these terms. The extra is lost for good after any breach.
5. The figures in your account are estimates that update automatically; the monthly statement, after review, is final.

6. Your team and inviting new ambassadors

1. You may invite real people to join as ambassadors with your invite link or by entering your code in the sign-up form. Your code must be entered at sign-up and cannot be changed once they are accepted.
2. Invite bonus: SAR 100, once, for each new ambassador you invited who reaches SAR 1,500 in qualifying sales within 60 days of being accepted.
3. Team commission: 1% of the qualifying sales of the ambassadors you invited, for 6 months from each one's acceptance. It is paid for any month in which your own qualifying sales reach SAR 1,000.
4. Team commission is paid by the store and is never taken from the new ambassador's commission.
5. The program has one level only: there is no commission on the people your team invites. Income in the program comes only from selling products to customers, never from fees or from recruiting itself.
6. Inviting yourself, signing up fake accounts, or arranging for someone to join under your invite while you sell in their name is not allowed, and any bonus or commission from it is cancelled.

7. Ambassador perks and gifts

1. Your own discount: 10% off one order a month of your personal purchases, with a monthly code shown in your ambassador account. It works only on your ambassador account, is for personal use and not for resale, cannot be combined with any other discount, code or offer, and earns no commission. A discount not used in its month does not carry over.
2. A gift fragrance for every level: if your qualifying sales in a month reach Silver or Gold, you choose a gift fragrance, and at Diamond a niche gift fragrance, from a gift selection the store sets for each level.
3. Only the gift for the highest level reached that month is given (gifts do not add up), and we ship it free once the monthly statement closes and the return window has ended. If returns take your sales below a level, the gift follows your actual level.
4. The gift is one fragrance available on the website. It cannot be exchanged for cash or store credit, and it must be chosen within 60 days of our notice or it lapses.
5. Gifts and discounts are personal to the ambassador and cannot be transferred or sold.

8. Commission payouts

1. The statement closes at the end of each month, and the month's commission is paid the following month once the return window in the store's return policy has ended.
2. Payouts go only to a Saudi bank account (IBAN) or STC Pay in the ambassador's own name, never to an account in someone else's name.
3. The minimum payout is SAR 100; anything less carries over to the next month.
4. If an order is returned after its commission was paid, the store may deduct that commission from your next payouts.
5. The store may hold any commission under suspicion until its review is complete.
6. You are responsible for your payout details being correct and for any legal obligations of your own regarding the commission you receive.
7. You may dispute a statement within 14 days of receiving it; after that it is final.

9. Promotion and content

1. Promote honestly. No false claims about products, their authenticity or prices, and no offers the store has not announced.
2. No spam, no bulk messages to people who have not agreed, and no adding people to groups without their permission.
3. If you post on social media, make clear that you are a PFL ambassador and follow the regulations in force in Saudi Arabia, including any licence required for advertising on social platforms (such as the Mawthooq licence) where it applies to you.
4. Use only the PFL logo, images and materials the store provides, unedited, and never use global brands' logos in a way that suggests you are their agent.
5. Do not present yourself as the store, its staff or its customer service.
6. Do not give customers anything of your own (such as part of your commission) for using your code.
7. Do not write fake ratings or reviews of products or of the store.

10. Privacy

1. Ambassadors never see customers' personal data; only the order number, date and amount are shown.
2. By joining, you agree that your first name and the first letter of your family name may appear in the monthly ambassador ranking.
3. We use your details only to run the program and pay commission, in line with the store's privacy policy.

11. Review and suspension

1. The store may review any order or activity, ask for explanations, and cancel any commission, bonus or gift resulting from a breach.
2. Depending on how serious a breach is, the store may warn you, suspend your code for a time, or end your membership for good, cancel the commission linked to the breach and refuse to let you rejoin.
3. The store may end the membership of an ambassador with no sales for 6 months in a row, after notice.
4. You may leave the program at any time by messaging us, and the commission you are owed will be paid on its usual date.

12. Changes to these terms

1. The store may change these terms, rates or perks, or end the program. Changes are posted on this page and emailed to you at least 14 days before they take effect.
2. Changes never affect commission or bonuses earned before they take effect.
3. Staying in the program after a change takes effect means you accept it.

13. General

1. These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
