Our Return Policy ( 30 DAYS )
You may return any unopened merchandise in it's original condition within 30 days. 30 DAYS ONLY. We don't believe that it would be fair to charge our valued customer a 20% restocking fee like other online fragrance companies do. Your return merchandise will be credited 100% LESS SHIPPING COST.
Shipping cost is none refundable unless if the return is a result of our error. Shipping cost will be deducted if you made a purchase during our FREE SHIPPING PROGRAM.
You DO NOT even need to call us to get the Return Approval Code, all you have to do is pack it & Ship it back to us at the address above within 30 days. Please insure the total value of your return package to avoid the damage or loss.
Your return will be ignored if it's longer than 30 days or if it's used or abused. NO EXCEPTION.
